In coaching, we do sometimes take a glance backward at your past to see if there are any messages or beliefs getting in the way of reaching your goals. But, the primary focus is on evaluating the present and talking about your future hopes and dreams.

I also really love the term “Messy Middle.” I felt like I was the first to coin it a few years ago but who knows. :)
The idea is that you are in a place that isn’t solid yet. You are in between dreams. Maybe you’ve lost something - a relationship, a job or a sense of identity and you aren’t sure yet what to embrace. I can help you sort through those pieces to get to a place of clarity.
