Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal and your investment is always secure. All agreements and subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the coach or client. Any refund due will be prorated for unused services as described in the coaching agreement. Downloadable and tangible products (i.e., workbooks, assessments, eLearning courses) are not eligible for a refund. All eligible refunds are provided by check.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of coaching sessions may be made up to 24 hours of the scheduled time. By canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you may incur a $25 late cancellation fee. At the discretion of the coach, this fee may be waived. In the event of a missed appointment without notification or cancellation with less than 4 hours notice, the session will be charged against the Agreement session balance and is not eligible for a refund or credit. 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a non-negotiable priority. Any information entered by visitors to this site will only be used to process requests (i.e., schedule appointments, purchase products/services). This information will only be used to process transactions and is not shared with any entity. Payment information is only processed by authorized credit card companies and is never stored by Soul Purpose Coaching. Customer information will never be sold or shared with an external entity. If customers choose to opt-in to our mailing list to receive updates and information about products and services, they may cancel subscriptions at any time. Data collected for the mailing list only includes the name and email address.

 The only client information collected and retained by Soul Purpose includes the client name, email address, phone number, and dates of service. This information is only requested and used to provide services directly to the client. All session notes are shredded and deleted after the completion of the last session of the coaching agreement.

 Please refer to the Coaching Services Agreement regarding coaching and consulting service record management, confidentiality disclosures, and other terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

TERMS:  The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) uniformly apply to and cover the website www.soulpurposetime.com (the “Site”) without exception or limitation.  By visiting, downloading, copying, printing or otherwise using any part of the Site, you agree to the Terms.  Please read carefully.  If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, do not use the Site or download materials from the Site. 

 Soul Purpose may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time and without notice.  Soul Purpose reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.  Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

 INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU:  Soul Purpose takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from online visitors secure against unauthorized access and use and periodically reviews its security measures.  Please review the Soul Purpose Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms.  Any information received by Soul Purpose through the Site, other than your personal identity information, is deemed non-confidential.  By providing such information to the Site, you hereby grant Soul Purpose the right to read, use, modify and distribute the information free of charge as Soul Purpose deems appropriate in its sole judgment.  Additionally, Soul Purpose is free to use any ideas, concepts or know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to Soul Purpose.  You further recognize that Soul Purpose does not want you to, and you warrant that you shall not, provide any information or materials to Soul Purpose that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporates the proprietary material of another.

 MISCELLANEOUS: This document entitled Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be held unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
